Huawei Technologies Bulgaria is launching its Huawei Scholarship program for 2024.
Documents for the program are submitted from September 25 to November 24, 2024.
On September 25, Huawei’s scholarship program for 2024 will be launched. Its goal, together with the global Seeds for the Future program, is to prepare students for the real business world, to improve their knowledge from a technological perspective, but also to enrich their leadership skills. The programs are one of Huawei’s main socially responsible campaigns. With them, the company highlights the best and most motivated students in the field of information and communication technologies and provides them with new opportunities for development.
The scholarship program has been successfully implemented in Bulgaria for the fourth consecutive year. So far, a total of 180 students have received a scholarship of 2,000 euros to help with their education and professional development in the field of information and communication technologies. In this year’s edition, the company will award 50 students.
The requirements for those wishing to participate in the scholarship program are to be active students, to show a strong interest in information and communication technologies and to demonstrate creative skills.
To participate in the program, candidates must send a CV, a motivation letter and a short video of up to 3 minutes in length to hrbulgaria@huawei.com or mariyana.ivanova@huawei.com.
Candidates must record a video with their reflections on one of the following topics:
1. How is digitalization transforming traditional education and everyday life?
2. The role of information and communication technologies in achieving an environmentally friendly transition for Bulgaria.
3. The role of information and communication technologies in overcoming the global digital divide.
The deadline for applying and sending all necessary materials is 24.11.2024.
