REQUIREMENTS TO AUTHORS
1. A participation request must be sent by 27.05.2022 at the following e-mail:
tcttconference@vtu.bg or conference_tctt@abv.bg.
The participation request should include: title of the paper, author(s), e-mail, organization, address,
country, keywords, extended annotation (abstract of 1300 to 1500 characters), formatted as
required: https://mtc-aj.com/articles.en.htm, Example2013.doc.
2. Reports must be sent at e-mail: tcttconference@vtu.bg or conference_tctt@abv.bg in
maximum length of 6 pages and layout in compliance with requirements at: https://mtcaj.com/articles.en.htm, Example2013.doc.
3. Participants will be notified as to their reports acceptance into conference programme
until 12.09.2022.
4. Reports will be reviewed and published in the scientific electronic journal of Mechanics
Transport Communications, which is indexed in the following worldwide databases, such as:
ROAD, Google scholar, Scientific Indexing Services, ERIH PLUS, J-gate.
5. Each report presentation time must not exceed 20 min. All the needed technical appliances will
be provided at the conference.
6. Conference languages: Bulgarian, English, Russian.
7. Participation fees:
– A single report participation fee – 120 BGN (Bulgarian participants) and 60 EUR (foreign
participants);
– Fee paid on registration day – 150 BGN (Bulgarian participants) и 75 EUR (foreign participants);
– Each further report participation fee is 60 BGN (Bulgarian participants) and 30 EUR (foreign
participants);
– Fee for coauthors and accompanying persons – 60 BGN.
– Fee for PhD students and young scientists – 50 BGN.
– Fee for presentations of firms – 600 BGN.
– Fee for publication, after reviewing, in Mechanics Transport Communications Journal of a report,
which will not be presented at the conference, is 80 BGN or 40 EUR.
