Within the framework of the National Scientific and Practical Conference “Digital Transformation of Education – Problems and Solutions, Assessment and Accreditation”, which takes place on April 27 and 28 in Ruse, the Rector of the Higher Transport School “Todor Kableshkov” Prof. Dr. Daniela Todorova and the rector of the University of Rousse “Angel Kanchev”, academician Hristo Beloev, renewed the cooperation agreement between the two universities.
